You are Beautiful, regardless!!

This is a major topic for me because people are so hateful. First let me say I'm Constantly on Beautylish. With that being said here we go.
I've done a few different makeup looks, taking some to the extreme. I have bushy eyebrows and a stash. People seem to be more rude talking about my facial hair. Telling me I need to get it "taken care of" and such. I'm a stay at home mom and can't always afford to get my facial hair waxed. I won't do it myself, bad experience. So I just let the comments roll off my back or at least try to. I've seen rude comments on a sweater pic I posted. I specifically bought a sweater large simply because I like comfort.
I have different style than others, to each their own. My style is jeans, tee shirts, tight shirts sometimes, leather pants, sneakers, boots. I like my hoodies, jackets, overshirts all bigger that way I'm warm. And don't have to worry about if I stretch my arms out that it will come up my arms (I absolutely hate that.)
Anyway continuing on.
There is so much rudeness and hatefulness throughout school. People getting picked on for not wearing the most stylish clothes, not having awesome hair, etc. Then we have to put up with it online with Facebook, Beautylish and other social apps.
But always remember, you are beautiful regardless of what people say. If you have your own style awesome! You don't have to conform to what others do, or think. I don't. Give them an idc attitude. Be happy with who you are and what you have. Ignore the ignorant stupid people who talk shit about you and your style. Maybe they are jealous or too afraid to do their own thing.
Bullies will Always be there though your life. Just overlook them and keep doing what you're doing.
I think everyone is beautiful in their own way and should know they are!! Take negative comments and make them empower you to be the individual you're being!
I hope this helps. Xoxo

So about me..

About me and my make journey. Again I'll say I'm 33 now. In high school I wore mainly black. Clothes and makeup. Throughout my life I've been teased. For being too skinny, for having very small boobs, big gums that stand out, buck teeth (though I had braces). I also got teased for wearing black, they called me witch (I actually liked that), for not wearing bras (why should I if I have nothing to hold, I like comfort), for wearing a bikini top instead of a bra. I've been through it all and now that I'm older I just don't care anymore.
I'm not one to conform to the latest trends or whatever. I have bright purple hair and love nail polish. I wear what I like and makes me comfortable. I never had a lot of money to spend on makeup and clothes. Now I love shopping at the goodwill. I don't get to go to places like forever 21, it's 45 mins away plus I never have money. (I might take a trip up to the mall at income tax time. I also love tattoos and piercings. I'll end up getting my nose repierced and want more tattoos for sure =)
As far as makeup again, like I said I never wore much makeup. Shadow, mascara and liner. My friend who lived next door who wore it all. I just couldn't get into putting so much product on my face. Nowadays I'm learning to get into foundation (just started bb cream the other day and I like that much more), lipstick, colorful shadows. I love makeup, but don't often wear it. That's why I'm a total beginner =) I'm learning new things every day and love trying new things.. I'll do challenges on Beautylish for fun and to push myself to learn more. I actually have a dramatic one to do today.
So all in all I'm a very open and honest person who is willing to help anyone with anything (even non beauty related). I dare to be different and be myself. I'm a beginner, who is willing to learn new things. I'm mom, wife, daughter, friend and family member.
Any questions are welcome, even ones you might think are stupid. I'm not hear to judge or hurt anyone. I'm here to be helpful and respectful. Xoxo

My makeup challenge I have to do

I like to do challenges on Beautylish a lot now. It helps me learn and expand more. This is one my friend seph picked for me. I get to choose a look from one of these 3. I accepted her challenge, so I'll be doing a look tomorrow =)

I'll explain more about myself on another post and why I'm doing a blog =)

Simple dyi detangler

Get a spray bottle.
Squeeze some conditioner in it. (about a 4th or less)
Add a few drops of oil that works on hair.
Fill the rest with warm water and shake!

When I found out about this idea i was so happy. My daughter is tender headed and she likes it better than the store brand stuff. She likes the smell of the one I made now, which I used my vo5 coconut scented one.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask =)

My makeup look today

This is a pretty simple look I did today. Hope you like it!

Welcome to my first ever beauty blog

Hello and welcome to my first ever beauty blog. I wasn't sure if I wanted to really start one, because I didn't think I could contribute much. But a friend on Beautylish told me I actually had a lot I could contribute. I could help beginners from my point of view since I'm a beginner myself and I just turned 33. I liked makeup growing up but never really wore it much or properly. Now I'm trying new things like wearing foundation and eye primer. I'm willing to answer any questions I can. If not I don't mind googling for it. I'll be posting my makeup looks when I do them. Step by step pictures with instructions if you'd like (I can't make videos yet). And I'll also post dyi makeup /beauty stuff. I love instructables =) So please enjoy your stay, feel free to leave questions, comments (but be nice, constructive not rude!!) I'll post my instagram and Facebook name shortly =) have a wonderful day
